Taverna feels like one of those places you settle into without even realizing it. The staff are warm and genuine, checking in just enough to make you feel taken care of without interrupting the moment. The atmosphere is cozy and softly lit, perfect for slowing down and enjoying good company with blow your mind food. And the food, simple, comforting, and clearly made with care brings everything together in a way that feels both familiar and special.

The food was amazing, service was super quick and friendly, and the atmosphere was 10/10. It’s got a great vibe for a night out. Definitely worth a visit!

Without question the nicest restaurant in town. The food quality is unparalleled and perfect every time we go and the service is among the best we’ve ever had. Last night we had the pleasure of being served by Nicole and, despite still being training, gave us a wonderful birthday dinner for my wife. Once again the food was superb- it was fast and perfectly cooked, and the atmosphere was perfection. If you are a “regular” at one of the other places downtown I highly recommend you give this place a shot. The owner goes above and beyond to make sure your experience is memorable.

By far our Favourite Restaurant in Moncton NB. If you Love Greece and Greek Food! This is the whole package! We have been seated upstairs and Downstairs both have their own charm.

Fantastic meal out at taverna tonight. Food was delicious and our server Autumn S was very friendly frequently checking in if we needed any more drinks or food, highly recommend!

Highly recommend!!! You must come here when they serve roast lamb; it’s divine, melt-in-your-mouth goodness and literally fit for the gods, and even if it isn’t the tonight’s feature, you still need to dine here because the food is amazing. Also, Marco and Fernando know how to rock the bar with amazing cocktails and excellent service that would put any Michelin-star bar to shame.

I've been to Taverna quite a few times in the almost two years they've been open, and the experience is never anything short of exceptional. I'm always promptly greeted at the door with a warm smile, and service has been absolutely top-notch since day one. Very attentive and quick--that's big for me as a hospitality professional and I always leave inspired to infuse my work with the same enthusiasm. Marco and Fernando are some of the most wonderfully professional bartenders I've met, their kindness and knowledge round out the dining experience beautifully. Whether you're a Moncton native or just passing through, Taverna is 100% a yes. Sinfully delicious food, perfect cocktails, great music. You won't leave disappointed!!
