Had a really great experience here! The food was delicious and came out quickly, but what really stood out was the service. Our server Nicole was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed without being overbearing. Nicole gave great recommendations and genuinely made us feel welcome. Definitely coming back!

It was my first time and I only did take-out due to my busy schedule but the staff was very friendly and helpful. I was told how long it would take for my order to be ready and I was offered water as I waited (eventually I ordered a drink). I got to view the upper level which was beautiful and intimate. I will definitely be back to dine in. The food was great. I had the lamb entree and for dessert I got the orange cake. I recommend this restaurant to people looking for a different atmosphere, great food and great staff.

Taverna feels like one of those places you settle into without even realizing it. The staff are warm and genuine, checking in just enough to make you feel taken care of without interrupting the moment. The atmosphere is cozy and softly lit, perfect for slowing down and enjoying good company with blow your mind food. And the food, simple, comforting, and clearly made with care brings everything together in a way that feels both familiar and special.

Without question the nicest restaurant in town. The food quality is unparalleled and perfect every time we go and the service is among the best we’ve ever had. Last night we had the pleasure of being served by Nicole and, despite still being training, gave us a wonderful birthday dinner for my wife. Once again the food was superb- it was fast and perfectly cooked, and the atmosphere was perfection. If you are a “regular” at one of the other places downtown I highly recommend you give this place a shot. The owner goes above and beyond to make sure your experience is memorable.

By far our Favourite Restaurant in Moncton NB. If you Love Greece and Greek Food! This is the whole package! We have been seated upstairs and Downstairs both have their own charm.

Fantastic meal out at taverna tonight. Food was delicious and our server Autumn S was very friendly frequently checking in if we needed any more drinks or food, highly recommend!

Highly recommend!!! You must come here when they serve roast lamb; it’s divine, melt-in-your-mouth goodness and literally fit for the gods, and even if it isn’t the tonight’s feature, you still need to dine here because the food is amazing. Also, Marco and Fernando know how to rock the bar with amazing cocktails and excellent service that would put any Michelin-star bar to shame.
