By far my favourite restaurant in Moncton. The food is always fantastic, the service is over the top friendly and efficient. You feel welcome the moment you step in. Honestly I can't say enough about Taverna. Try it for yourself. You'll come back again and again.

This started out as a one star review as we stood and waited, in the portico, for our table for over 45 minutes (yes we had a reservation, and yes we were a little early). We were famished and on the phone with another establishment down the street when we finally got a table. Management and staff proceeded to take very good care of our party of 5, offering free food and excellent service. Sometimes restaurant staff should politely nudge patrons by telling them their table is needed for another reservation (it’s happened to me, more than once and didn’t ruin my experience)

We booked on line twice and requested booth and again when we arrived no booth. Why put the option on the reservation request if it is not an option. Very disappointed. Otherwise food and service top notch as usual.

Was just there for my birthday today I got to say the service is above and beyond always make sure you have everything you have enough water and a food they make great recommendation also if you're in the mood for trying something different and new I definitely recommend the swordfish it is simply amazing we'll definitely be going there again

What a great experience I wish I could give more stars. We went there as a group of 3 for a small staff Christmas party. I was able to make reservations weeks in advance. Right from the moment we walked in we were greeted, shown our table our waitress brought us our drinks fast even with a packed restaurant the starters were delicious, the energy and the atmosphere was great our mains arrived quick and they definitely didn't skimp out on any flavor we had 3 different entree's and we were all extremely satisfied and full they brought Yiayia's recipes to moncton. The owners walk around making sure everyone is ok and content they made sure the staff felt supported and the customers had an amazing experience. Bravo Billy and team job well done thank you for bringing this Vibe to our much needed downtown. We will definitely be going again in the near future.

We recently had a Christmas party here and we got to taste a little bit of everything, I must say I can't even choose a favorite, everything was so delicious, top notch customer service, and I will go as far as saying this is the best food in the greater Moncton area and beyond, it's a must try and a definitely must return restaurant

We had our small Xmas party dinner at Taverna and what a great choice it was. Billy and his team were fantastic. Having lived in Toronto and travelled to Montreal many times, I know and love my Greek cuisine. The pressure was on but wow, did they deliver! (That’s the best spanakopita I’ve ever had) Beautiful atmosphere and delicious cuisine, but the star of the night was Reagan, our server. If there was above 5 stars she’d get it. Thank you all for making our party so fun and delicious, and seriously, thank you Reagan for the incredible service!
