The staff and food are excellent. One of the owners, Billy, treats you like a long lost family member and the staff are pleasant and personable. The food is wonderfully original Greek. Would recommend you give it a try

The food was amazing, perfectly seasoned and the drinks came out fast, so did the food. When we were out of pita with the appetizer someone came right out and gave us another plate without asking! The limoncello margarita was probably the best drink I ever had. Only complaint is they were out of the swordfish and the music is a bit loud, but still okay to talk, so all in all, very recommended restaurant.

My mum and I came in to have supper and we had an amazing time! It had been so long since we had had any Greek food and we loved it! I had the chicken souvlaki and she had the pastitsio, which is the Greek lasagna. Both were very good! Our waitress was lovely and even refilled our drinks without us having to ask her to do so. And the decor inside the restaurant is very modern and clean. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone craving fresh Greek food and a good atmosphere!

We were in Moncton for a holiday and Taverna was so good we came twice in a week! We ordered everything on the menu and it was exceptional. Wonderful service, delicious food all made from scratch, great wine list. Wish we lived closer . Thank you Billy, Jill, Fernando and everyone else who took care of us.

Can't say enough good things about Taverna. From the food, to the service, to the drinks - everything is absolutely fantastic. My husband and I recently had dinner at Taverna for a night out after recently having a baby. They took such good care of us, everyone really went above and beyond, especially their manager who came to speak with us at the table. Fernando the bartender is a true gem - he is incredibly talented at his craft and made some beautiful off-menu drinks that were absolutely fantastic. Our server was also so attentive and friendly. Overall, we couldn't have asked for a better experience and would recommend this place to anyone looking for good food, good service and good drinks.

Server was good. Waited almost 45 minutes for our meals after ordering. Was hoping the food would be really tasty. Not so much. Atmosphere was pretty good. Not sure about the video on the wall upstairs.
